Nikil Saval is declared winner over Pennsylvania State Sen. Larry Farnese in Philly Democratic primary

From the Philadelphia Inquirer:

"Farnese’s campaign spent about $180,000 on cable television commercials, about six times as much as Saval spent on TV, according to the ad-tracking firm [AdImpact]."
