Production Coordinator
Role Description
As a Production Coordinator, you will report to a Product Manager and be part of a talented, driven, and growing team in a highly collaborative, open environment at a media-tech firm. The role requires a self-starter mentality, and the ideal candidate will be regularly challenged.
The Production Coordinator will work closely with the development and product teams, as well as internal stakeholders and clients, to fulfill customer requests and provide insights into improving new products. The selected candidate will help curate AdImpact’s media and advertising data and use it to generate client value and support execution of the product roadmap.
This role will play a critical part in the day-to-day operations of AdMo Industry, helping to ensure timely, accurate, and scalable data processing, tagging, and delivery.
The Impact You Will Make:
- Support the development and long-term maintenance of internal data methodologies and data processes to ensure consistency, quality, and scalability over time.
- Apply analytical and process improvement techniques to evaluate and enhance data and product quality, driving continuous improvement across systems and workflows.
- Develop a deep understanding of AdImpact’s data to independently analyze questions, surface insights, and provide clear, trustworthy conclusions that inform decision-making.
- Assist with ad hoc client requests, acting as a subject matter expert on AdImpact data to deliver timely, data-backed analyses that enhance client satisfaction and trust.
- Monitor data output and perform quality assurance steps to ensure the highest level of cleanliness, consistency, accuracy, and completeness.
- Manage daily data workflows, including new advertisers, pending queues, and data discrepancies, ensuring issues are identified and resolved promptly.
- Partner with the offshore team to ensure consistent execution of tagging standards and workflows, providing guidance, clarification, and feedback as needed.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend scalable solutions to improve efficiency, reduce manual effort, and support increased data volume.
- Lead the creation of key performance indicators (KPIs) illustrating our data’s quality, internal efficiencies, and comparisons with external competition.
- Support ongoing monitoring efforts by creating, maintaining, and updating dashboards and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Excel, or similar platforms) to reflect evolving processes and surface trends, risks, and performance gaps.

Ideal Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Proficient in MS Excel and other data manipulation tools.
- Experience with quantitative analysis techniques, with a solid foundation in media and advertising.
- Experience working with large datasets, data QA processes, or data operations workflows preferred.
- Familiarity with tools such as Tableau, SQL, or similar analytics platforms is a plus.
